Akura seaweed, 25 g
One of the main values of kelp is a high content of organic iodine (0.06 - 0.09%), which is easily absorbed by the body and does not cause allergic reactions. Kelp contains proteins that are equal to the protein of white meat, carbohydrates and food acids (alginic, malic, lactic). It also contains a rich set of trace elements (iodine, potassium, phosphorus, calcium, zinc, iron, magnesium, copper and others) and vitamins (A, B1, B2, B6, B12, D, C, PP), the biological activity of which is much higher, than in terrestrial plants.
Soak kelp for 10-15 minutes in cold water (take 20 parts of water for 1 part of algae). In this case, the mass of kelp increases by about 17 times. Put in a colander, let the water drain. Then add seasonings, oil (linseed, cedar, sesame, mustard). Mix everything. The seaweed is ready.
