The kebab is made from Angus and Hereford beef. It is these breeds that are the leaders in the meat industry all over the world.
Animals are kept free-range and are fed with organic feed of our own production without premixes (growth stimulants, antibiotics, etc.). Status - a transitional period to organic livestock.
Sommelier's products do not use sodium nitrite (preservative and color stabilizer).
Instead of sodium nitrite - strict quality control of raw materials and spices, as well as an Everfresh additive based on antioxidants - citric and ascorbic acid (harmless and non-genomodified).
Ingredients: 99.9% beef, table salt, rustic spice mix, fresh rosemary, fresh thyme, Arabica spice mix, Everfresh spice mix.
Free of sodium nitrite, flavor enhancers and preservatives.
Cooking method: defrost beforehand. Fry in a preheated pan in vegetable oil, one minute on each side and cook in the oven for 5-7 minutes. Or fry on the grill for 3-4 minutes on each side.
