Natural sweetener, a useful alternative to regular sugar. Date sugar is obtained by drying or dehydrating dates.

Date sugar is less caloric than date syrup, and, importantly, it also contains iron, magnesium, calcium, potassium. In general, all the vitamins, minerals, amino acids and fiber that are in dates are stored in date sugar, because the product is not subject to heat treatment and is completely organic.

It tastes nice, gently caramel, without a specific smell, the perfect sweetener in all respects.
