Lemon oil has a cleansing effect and is therefore especially useful for recovering from winter ills.

Lemon oil is very effective in an aroma lamp or electric diffuser.

Absolute Aromas Lemon Essential Oil is made from non-agrochemical lemons, certified by the Soil Association.

Extraction method: the oil is squeezed out of the lemon peel.

Main therapeutic properties: antiseptic, antibacterial, antifungal, antirheumatic, antispasmodic, sedative, digestive stimulant, immune tonic.

Contraindications: Avoid contact with direct sunlight and sunburn within 12 hours after application (phototoxic effect, possible burns).

Oil appearance: pale green to yellow.

Try adding 2 drops of lemon, 2 drops of lavender, and 1 drop of geranium to water in a scent lamp when you are not feeling well.

For a warming bath on a cold winter night, use 2 drops of lemon, 2 drops of ylang ylang, and 1 drop of sandalwood mixed in a teaspoon of sweet almond oil.
Usage: dissolve 3-5 drops in 10 ml of base oil.
