COMPREHENSIVE THERAPY OF PATIENTS WITH URELOLOGICAL DISEASE WITH LIQUID HERBAL EXTRACT "FITOLITON"

Department of Phytotherapy with a course of pharmacognosy of the Medical Institute of the UANM, KMAPO named after P.L. Shupik.

To confirm the effectiveness and safety of the drug "Fitoliton", studies were carried out in the clinical city hospital No. 1 in Kiev in the departments of clinical immunology and surgery by the staff of the Department of Pharmacognosy of the Medical Institute of the UAMN.

The study involved 28 patients with urolithiasis, nephrolithiasis and cholelithiasis. The average age of patients is 48 years. The average course of treatment both in a hospital and outpatient setting for each patient was 56 ± 3 days.

Clinical evaluation of the treatment of patients was carried out on the basis of ultrasound examination of the kidneys and gallbladder, survey and excretory urography, qualitative and quantitative analysis of urine, general blood analysis and subjective data - complaints of patients.

According to the results of clinical studies, 64.3% of patients showed positive dynamics in the treatment of patients with urolithiasis, 35.7% - as a cure and the following conclusion was made: the plant extract "Fitoliton" can be recommended in complex, preventive and rehabilitation therapy for urolithiasis. , kidney and cholelithiasis.

Appointment and administration of the drug should be carried out differentially in patients, depending on the level of the state of the secretory (acid-producing) function of the stomach.
