Unrefined and non-deodorized 100% cherry cumin oil, produced by the method of the first cold pressing without admixture of other oils.

Used for dressing salads, various vegetable, cold and hot dishes.

Black cumin oil can be used internally, externally, and by inhalation. When taken orally, the daily dose is 2 teaspoons in two divided doses - morning and evening. For external use, lubricate the affected area with a thin layer. For inhalation, add 1 tablespoon of oil to 250 grams of water.

In case of respiratory diseases, in particular asthma, cough, pneumonia, it is recommended to take 1 teaspoon of black cumin oil orally twice a day. You can dissolve a spoonful of honey in a glass of warm water and drink 1 teaspoon of oil with this solution. The procedure is carried out half an hour before meals. Massage of the chest and back with healing oil will also help. Inhalation is also useful, for which you should dilute 1 tablespoon of oil with a liter of water.

The substances contained in black seed oil increase the production of antibodies, stimulate the bone marrow to produce blood cells, thereby strengthening the immune system. To strengthen the immune system, take 1 teaspoon of black seed oil twice a day 10-15 minutes before meals, eating with a spoonful of honey. Continue the course of treatment for 3 months.

For rheumatism and joint pain, mix equal parts black seed oil with olive oil and rub the problem areas twice a day. The treatment should be carried out for 3 months.

To make a mask for problem skin, you need to mix half a teaspoon of black seed oil with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Apply the resulting mixture on the face for 1 hour, then wash with soap.

For dry skin, a mask of 1 tablespoon of black seed oil, 3 tablespoons of sour cream and 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon is recommended. Leave the mask on the face for 15-20 minutes, remove the remnants with a napkin. Masks are recommended to be done twice a week.

The hair mask not only strengthens the hair follicles, but also promotes hair growth. For her, you need to mix 1 tablespoon of black cumin oil, two egg yolks, 1 teaspoon of burdock oil and 1 teaspoon of castor oil. Apply the mixture to the hair, rub into the scalp and leave for 40 minutes, then rinse with warm water and shampoo. Apply twice a week.

Contraindications: Individual intolerance to the components contained in black cumin oil. Also, due to its high immunostimulating effect, black cumin oil is contraindicated in pregnancy and in the presence of transplanted organs.
