Eco-friendly biodegradable bag suitable for home composting.

The package is made from vegetable raw materials, mainly from corn starch, which completely decomposes under natural conditions without harm to nature.

Certified compostable and biodegradable according to European standard EN 13432 and US standard ASTM D6400 and Australian standard AS 4736.

How does this package differ from "biodegradable" packages with oxo additive (presented in many Ukrainian supermarkets in the checkout area)?

A biodegradable bag with an oxo additive looks no different from a regular plastic one. In fact, this is the same plastic of petrochemical origin, but with a special oxo additive, which allows the bag to disintegrate into smaller particles of plastic / microplastic in 3 years. Therefore, such packages are incorrectly considered environmentally friendly.

Ingredients: rubber from plants (including non-GM corn), vegetable oils and compostable polymers - Mater-Bi® (Novamont, Italy).

Appearance: thin (17 microns), matte-pleasant to the touch.

Recommendations for use:

- use within 1 year

- store in a cool dry place away from heat, can be stored in the refrigerator.

- if using in a wet waste bin, change every 3-5 days.
