Produced from Mexican vanilla beans on a water basis, by reverse osmosis.

Has a rich, persistent vanilla aroma with hints of almonds (a feature of Mexican vanilla beans), which, when heat-treated, unlike alcohol-based extracts, retains a richer aroma.

If, when using, you "overdo it" with the extract - the dish will be very vanilla, but the unpleasant bitterness inherent in artificial analogues will not spoil the taste of the product.
