Please check the product upon receipt of the order.
After inspection of the goods in the warehouse "Nova Poshta"/"Ukrposhta", its receipt and signing of the consignment note - claims to the quality of the goods are not accepted.
The cost of weighted goods may differ from that stated on the site. On the day of delivery after weighing the products, we will inform you of the exact amount of the order by phone, e-mail or SMS.
Delivery of perishable products
For products from the categories "Vegetables, greens and fruits" and "Meat, poultry, eggs" are available: self-pickup from Natur Boutique stores or delivery by taxi / electric bike from Natur Boutique (Verkhniy Val, 50).
— Pre-orders are accepted until 14:00 on Thursday through the website www.natur-boutique.ua or viber 066 244 55 03, delivery to Natur Boutique within the next week;
— Monday after 15:00 - dairy products, sausage;
— Tuesday or Wednesday after 15:00 - Maison Blanche products, tofu, vegetables, herbs, veal, turkey, mozzarella, eggs, chicken, bread;
At self-pickup from the Natur Boutique store (Verkhniy Val, 50):
After receiving the goods from your order, the store consultant will contact you and inform you about the readiness.
Reservations for goods from a pre-order are valid for two days after delivery of the order to the store.
When delivering by taxi from the store Natur Boutique (Verkhniy Val, 50):
After receiving the goods from your order, the store consultant will contact you and inform you about the readiness. You order a taxi and the consultant passes your order.
Terms of payment: prepayment.
We are not responsible for the delivery of perishable products to third parties. Vegetables are organic and unprocessed for long-term storage, and therefore can come with little loss of quality.
We undertake to refuse to send perishable goods if there are grounds that the goods are not subject to transportation.
International delivery

Payment methods
At self-removal from shop:
— cash;

When delivered by taxi:
— card replenishment;
When delivered in Ukraine:
— Visa and Master Card payment card;
— replenishment of the card through the Privat24 payment system or using the Privat payment terminal;
— by cashless payment at the cash desk of any bank;
— postage + 7% of the order value - during the martial law this option is unavailable
When paying by cashless payment and replenishing the card, your e-mail box will receive data to order, as well as details on which you can make a payment. You will be able to receive the goods after the money arrives in our account.

- Країни: ЄС, Казахстан та ін.
- Вартість доставки: в Польшу від 300 грн, в Німеччину від 400 грн.
Стосовно інших країн, напишіть нам на admin@natur-boutique.ua або Viber 068 340 44 42 і ми прорахуємо вартість доставки.
- Термін доставки: Нова пошта - 5 днів, Укрпошта - 10-12 днів. Також, відправляємо автобусом.
Доставка швидкопсувних продуктів
Для товарів з категорій "Овочі, зелень і фрукти" і "М'ясо, птиця, яйця" доступні: самовивезення з магазинів Натур Бутік або доставка на таксі/електровелосипеді з Натур Бутік (Верхній Вал, 50).
— Попередні замовлення приймаються до 14:00 четверга через сайт www.natur-boutique.ua або вайбер 066 244 55 03, доставка у Натур Бутік протягом наступного тижня;
— Понеділок після 15:00 - молочна продукція, ковбаса;
— Вівторок або середа після 15:00 - продукція Мезон Бланш, тофу, овочі, зелень, телятина, індичка, моцарела, яйця, курка, хліб;
При самовивозі з магазину Натур Бутік (Верхній Вал, 50):
Після отримання товару з вашого замовлення з вами контактує консультант магазину та повідомляє про готовність.
Бронь на товар з попереднього замовлення дійсна протягом двох днів після доставки замовлення на магазин.
При доставці на таксі з магазину Натур Бутік (Верхній Вал, 50):
Після отримання товару з вашого замовлення з вами контактує консультант магазину та повідомляє про готовність. Ви замовляєте таксі і консультант передає ваше замовлення.
Умова оплати: передоплата.
Ми не несемо відповідальність за доставку швидкопсувних продуктів третіми особами. Овочі органічні і нічим не обробляються для тривалого зберігання, а тому можуть прийти з невеликими втратами в якості.
Ми беремо на себе право відмовляти у відправці швидкопсувних товарів, якщо є підстави того, що товар не підлягає транспортуванню.
