Selenium chelate is a supplement that helps to strengthen the body, normalize the immune system and thyroid gland, as well as normal spermogenesis. The drug also supports the condition of hair and nails.

This trace element is concentrated in the liver, heart, kidneys and urogenital system. It is located in the cell nucleus and is responsible for metabolic and redox processes. Selenium is also necessary for the proper functioning of the thyroid gland. Lack of this trace element can provoke a deficiency of iodine and vitamin E.

It is better to take selenium in chelated form, because it is better absorbed by the body. Minerals in chelated form do not spend additional resources on digestion and processing - they are ready for use by cells of the epithelium of the small intestine, where the process of assimilation takes place.
