Organic sunflower oil of the first cold pressing is made by the technology of one-time pressing of organic sunflower seeds under a pressure of 25 atmospheres and subsequent purification of the oil with a membrane filter. It is important that cold-pressed oil is made from seeds that have not been previously calcined or subjected to other heat treatments. This technology of oil production is called "extra virgin". It allows you to save all the vitamins, enzymes and other valuable substances of sunflower seeds. This sunflower oil contains poly- and monounsaturated Omega fatty acids in the most biodegradable form.
