Zinc is needed by the body to function or regulate more than 300 enzymes, participates in the biosynthesis of nucleic acids, amino acids, proteins, specific hormones (such as insulin, corticosteroids, testosterone), in the formation of a complete and adequate immune response. Zinc ensures normal brain function, improves memory, mental performance, normal growth and development. Prevents oxidative damage to cells, has pronounced antioxidant properties, affects the metabolism of fatty acids and vitamin A, as well as supports the health of bones, skin, hair and nails.

Deficiency of copper in the body leads to many negative consequences:

• disorders of the immune and nervous systems;
