Instructions for use:
Suitable for adults, teenagers and children from 1 year and older.
Adults and adolescents over 12 years: ½-1 tablespoon (15-30 g) per day.
Children 5-12 years: 1-2 teaspoons (10-20 g) daily.
Children 1-5 years: ½-1 teaspoon (5-10 g) daily.
