Essential oil GOOD NIGHT Absolute Aromas, 10 ml

A natural alternative for a restful night and easy sleep.

Usage: dissolve 3-5 drops in 10 ml of base oil.

To relax before bed:

Add a few drops to your bath water.

OR

For use as a massage oil, mix 5 drops of Good Night with 10 ml of base oil before bed.

To improve sleep:

Apply a few drops to a tissue and leave it next to your pillow.

OR

Place a few drops in the water of an Absolute Aromas aroma lamp or diffuser.

Ingredients: 100% natural undiluted essential oils of lavender, thyme, geranium, vetiver, bergamot, petitgrain, ylang-ylang, chamomile, backgammon, styrax benzoic gum.
