The handpicked shamrocks (flushes) are delicately fermented and dried to create a flawless tea with intense flavor and aroma.
Green tea is naturally flavored with jasmine flowers: freshly picked at dawn, jasmine flowers are layered with green tea, then the mixture is infused for 8-12 hours and sieved. There are no jasmine flowers in the tea itself, but thanks to this traditional technology, the delicate aroma is preserved.

How is organic green tea grown?
Lao Cai Province. Alpine tea is grown here by organic methods, using compost as fertilizer, biological control, processing with plant extracts based on the leaves of it. Small mountain peoples are engaged in the cultivation of the tea tree, delicately picking by hand only flushes (unblown bud with two upper leaves). After collecting tea leaves, green tea is directly produced: centrifugal twisting, drying and packing in sealed bags.
Technology of aromatization of green tea with jasmine flowers:
Jasmine, which is known as the "queen of the night", is carefully harvested from 4 pm to 7 am. Then spread in layers between pre-dried green tea. And only after 8-12 hours, when the aromatic components of the jasmine flowers turn into tea, this multilayer mixture is separated with a sieve, leaving only green tea. This is how the tea is naturally aromatized.
