Wheat flour recipes:
APPLE PIE
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 800g peeled apples
- 150g butter
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- ground cinnamon to taste
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp baking soda
Cut butter at room temperature into cubes and mix with 1 ½ tablespoon flour. Pour ½ tbsp sour cream into the dough and stir. Add vinegar slaked soda to the resulting mixture, mix and knead the dough with your hands. The dough should be soft and not stick to your hands. Peel the apples, core and cut into wedges, add cinnamon. Roll out the dough and give it the shape of the container in which you will bake the pie, lay the apple petals on top. In a separate container, mix 1 cup sour cream, egg, sugar and 2 tbsp. flour and beat lightly. The consistency of the cream should be quite liquid. Pour the cream over the batter and apples. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, place the baking dish there and bake the cake for about 50 minutes or until tender.
