EXPERIENCE OF CLINICAL APPLICATION OF FONG TE THAP EXTRACT

There were 20 patients (14 women and 6 men) aged 35-65 years with pain syndrome against the background of osteochondrosis of the spine (10 people), rheumatism (3 people), osteoarthritis (3 people), infectious-allergic (reactive) polyarthritis (2 people ), psoriatic and gouty arthritis (2 persons).

Fong Te Thap extract was administered according to the indicated scheme. The effectiveness of the drug was assessed by clinical (analgesic, anti-inflammatory, anti-edematous, increasing mobility effects, improved sleep, disappearance of headaches) and laboratory (the number of blood leukocytes, ESR, rheumatic test, cholesterol content, etc.).

The clinical condition was assessed in points:

• absence of pain syndrome and limitation of joint mobility -0 points;
• the appearance of a moderate pain syndrome, somewhat limiting movement -1 point;
• the presence of pain at rest - 3 points.

As a result of the use of the extract "Fong Te Thap" there was an improvement in the quality of life associated with a decrease in the severity or disappearance of pain syndrome, a feeling of numbness, improved joint mobility, decreased muscle contraction.
Fong Te Thap extract has a mild diuretic effect, especially at the beginning of the course of treatment. Microscopy of urinary sediment showed an increase in the secretion of salts of various compositions, mainly oxalate, already on day 2-3 of treatment, this effect continued until the end of treatment.

Conclusions:
The extract "Fong Te Thap" is a highly effective natural, non-toxic, safe remedy with analgesic, anti-inflammatory, mild diuretic, salt-removing effect in patients with arthralgias against the background of rheumatism, arthrosis-arthritis of various origins, osteochondrosis of the spine. The drug is well tolerated, does not cause side effects, does not adversely affect biochemical homeostasis. As a result of taking the drug, the quality of life of patients has improved, which is important for social rehabilitation.
