A natural alternative to invigorate and cheer up. ANTISTRESS Essential Oil Blend is a calming and revitalizing blend with chamomile and lavender that helps with daily nervous tension.

The blend is enhanced with exotic jasmine and refreshing bergamot.
Usage: dissolve 3-5 drops in 10 ml of base oil.

To relax at the end of a busy day:
Dilute to 8 drops of the mixture in a base oil or bath oil and stir in warm bath water.
Or make a massage oil: mix 3-5 drops in 10 ml of base oil.

To relieve stress during the day:
Place 6 drops of the mixture in an aroma lamp or diffuser to create a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere.
For an easier and faster solution, drip onto a cloth and inhale.
